Lake Greeson wood preperation | Oct 2014 | I was subcontracted to prepare various wood surfaces for stain application. The location included four wood decks, a garage outbuilding with cypress siding, an extended down hill wood stair way leading to the lake, as well as a house wash on the actual split-level home. Problem areas included wood color variations in the home's lower deck due to partial coverage during the home's construction; wood color variation in the stair way to the lake due to old and new construction areas; residual adhesive from duct tape after deck cover removal; extensive greying of the cypress on the garage outbuilding. | $2k | Murfreesboro, AR
First National Bank structure, sidewalk and parking | Sep 2014 | My initial idea was to wash the sidewalks around the bank. After discussing this with the bank manager, I was asked to wash the bank structure itself, along with the sidewalks. Once that was completer, I was asked to wash the parking area around the structure. Problem areas included extreme discoloring of sidewalks, almost looking black; achieving uniform coverage on a 25 foot tall building without adding the extra cost of a lift; completing the project in a timely manner without disrupting the bank customer's access to the bank. | $1k | Nashville, AR
