Window World of Middle TN

I tried to book someone to come out to my house through Porch.com, but by noon the next day, they hadn't called me. I called them. They had to call me back a few hours later as the person I spoke with couldn't help me. The service/sales guy they assigned me then didn't call for another 24 hours, but it was late Saturday and he said we'd have to talk on Monday. I called & texted Monday and asked if he could come out Tuesday or Wednesday morning to look at my door. The text response from him was "I'm sorry I don't have those times available but if you call the office I'm sure they'll be other salesmen available." Sorry, but this is LOUSY customer service in my book. If they can't be bothered to be more responsive with just booking an appointment, why on earth should I consider them capable of being responsive to do the work well? Won't be looking to World of Windows for help again.

Scheduling moved around a bit, but we finally nailed it down. Crew was very systematic, which is good.

Project went great and finished on time.
