Atkinson Remodeling was founded in Nashville in 1998 by Scott Atkinson, a native of Fort Smith, Arkansas. Since the beginning, Atkinson Remodeling and Services has grown into a complete remodeling company, fully bonded and insured for your protection. Atkinson is a respected company with years of experience in high-end custom construction and remodeling. We specialize in “Turn-Key” projects. This includes in-house designing and pre-planning for your kitchen, bath room, and first and second story house additions ranging anywhere from 300 to 5,000 square feet.

Scott literally demanded changing our contract type after he received more than our lump sum contract asked for so he could get more money. Abandoned my small family living in an unfinished house. Refused to work things out or even communicate with us. Most hired subs complained about him and had difficulty getting paid. One vendor even showed up at our house with papers to file suit for non-payment. Still in the middle of this mess. The most terrible contractor experience I could possibly envision. Mr. Atkinson has been through two bankruptcies in the past 15 years. You have been warned. Avoid at all costs.
