Our ability to cater to each owner's needs, while delivering high quality results on-time and in-budget, has been our work ethic since we began business over four decades ago. Shaub Construction Inc. was founded in 1967 by Clarence Shaub and remained a family-owned business for 36 years. Clarence eventually passed the company's reins to his son, Bob, in the 1980s. Shaub employees Jay Brassfield and Bic Parma acquired the firm in 2003. The following year Brandon Fleming joined as a principal to help expand the company's versatility and growth. Together, the three partners have continued to build on the company's reputation for high performance, integrity and accountability. Clients frequently utilize Shaub's expertise on the front-end stages of their projects. In this way, we can assist them with business plans, on-site surveys and budget development. Shaub's team regularly collaborates with area architects and engineers to ensure clients receive the best results for their money.
