We expanded a small walk-in closet by removing a wall between it and a built-in TV closet/cabinet space. Our scope of work required us to: -Demolition the shared wall between the spaces, the door jamb and trim of the TV closet space, the built-in cabinet frame -Frame in the rough opening of the TV closet door with 2x4 studs -Run electrical and coaxial wire to the new wall for a TV mount -Install new drywall and patch all drywall holes -Prime all new materials and paint walls for consistent finish -Install new flooring over exposed subfloor in closet where TV closet was -Install new baseboard and quarter round -Install closet clothes rack hardware -Install recessed outlet behind TV mount and install new TV

Hung a chandelier in the dining room and a modern-style light in the kitchen. We also upgraded a dimmer switch to 600W. The existing electrical set up in the kitchen required us to move the new light fixture's position (which now looks much better with the existing recessed lights). We then patched, primed, and painted the ceiling drywall that had a hole from the previous junction box.

Our scope of work included: -Demolition of kitchen walls and tile floor -Re-routing electrical wires to new junction boxes -Re-routing plumbing supply lines to upstairs bathroom -Installing 6 recessed lights and 2 pendant lights -Installing dimmer switches -Patching holes in drywall and priming new materials -Painting entire first floor ceiling -Anchoring kitchen island to floor and installing 2 outlets on it
