Fast, friendly service with a heavy dose of craftsmanship. My hourly rate is $45/hr and I have a 2 hour minimum. I warranty my work for one year. I firmly believe in the old adage, "Why is there never enough time do the job right the first time, but always enough time to do it over again." So I have made this my part of my work philosophy. I don't warranty band-aid fixes. So please don't ask. In June of 1996 I remodeled a one bedroom 750 sq ft condo. I installed tile backsplash, tile flooring in kitchen, vanity, and bathroom, and shower enclosure. Installed and finished 3/4" oak flooring in great room, bedroom and closets. Refinished all cabinets to an espresso finish as well as the hardwood flooring. Replaced all water and light fixtures. Replaced 5 interior doors with 6 panel slab hollow core doors and 2 exterior doors and repainted 2 louvered doors. I built a laundry closet w/ custom french door and a pantry with a door from some of the space in great room. Ran washer electrical outlet, water lines plumbing and dryer vent. Of course there was drywall repairs and painting. The only 2 things I didn't do were to install 220v for a stackable washer/dryer and granite counter tops. Condo went under contract within 6 hours of it being listed for $2500 more than list price. What made me proud was when the inspection was done there were no anomalies to fix. Pictures available upon request. I like being a handyman due to the variety of things people need help with. It keeps things fresh. Then there is always the smile on my clients face when they inspect the job on completion which puts a smile on my face. And I do like wearing a smile!

Framing of white boards | May 2017 | Each frame consists of 24 cut pieces of wood taken from pallets. Used boards from pallets were supplied by client. I cut the pieces to the four different sizes and shapes needed. I used a white wash and espresso stain on the various pieces, then sealed them with a satin finish polyurethane. This part of project was done at my home. Then assembled frames on three 4 foot x 4 foot white boards in conference room area of a bussiness. | $325 | Nashville, TN |
