did not finish any of the projects in the home. He place a rubber roof that leaked all over my new unfinished hardwood floors. The man is a cheat and a liar and hgas multiple complaints against him. He does not have a license to obtain permits, He used the previous owners name to obtain a permit in my case. If I had known this he would never have had the job.
