I contacted Sam last minute, because my elderly parent was being released from a rehab facility. I needed bars hung in her bathroom-last minute. Sam had a full schedule, but worked me in an evening appointment. Thankful that he was there to help me get my Mom's home ready for her return! Very professional and a very pleasant person!

Mr. Penner is very professional, incredibly meticulous, and skilled in a number of different areas of home repair and remodeling. He is willing to work on the task until it is done correctly and to the expectations of the home owner. Even better I feel at ease having him in my home whether or not I am there.
