They did two things, or should I say they half-did two things. They planted a tree, digging a hole about half as big as the industry recommendation. They also trimmed a tree. This was a huge misunderstanding about what I wanted and what we originally agreed upon. They charged $275 and trimmed only four branches, none greater than a 3/4" diameter. When I pointed out the difference in expectations, they wouldn't trim more, saying, "It'll kill the tree." Which I have since been told by two different companies isn't really true. Nor did it matter to me, I just needed the branches threatening my roof removed. Short story is use this company if you crave misunderstandings because, in three instances, they told me one thing only to change it completely. They seem to "make up" for their misunderstandings by being outwardly pleasant and cleaning up nicely. For me, though, I was just looking for a stress-free transaction and got the opposite.
