Replaced 8 out of 25. Windows are not even close to matching existing windows, rough edges, poor quality. Installation was done cheaply and looks horrible from the outside, lost inches of window sill, damaged trim, grid pattern doesn't even match on one window. The worst customer service I've ever experienced.
