About A Simply Staged Home
A Simply Staged Home specializes in maximizing a home's sales potential through the art of staging. Using the homeowners own furnishings or adding to them from my own inventory, I will create visually pleasing surroundings that tap into the emotions of the broadest range of buyers. I carefully asses your home, noting unique qualities that will further enhance it's appeal and those which ultimately detract from it. I begin a hands-on work immediately and follow up with a comprehensive report which details items which need to be addressed in order to make your home look its very best for your showings or just for your to enjoy!

We decided to use A Simply Staged Home to help prepare for the sale of our home. With nearly 7,000 feet and 16 rooms, we wanted each room to feel uniquely elegant, yet comfortable and welcoming. From paint colors and furniture placement, to a simple decorative suggestion, Barb refined each room with a very keen eye for style, simplicity and elegance. Barb's knowledge and confidence shine in the final presentation. Her staging has made a tremendous impact on the overall feel of our home and we love it!
