BEWARE!!! Rick & Shelley are the most unprofessional business owners I have ever encountered. Not only is Shelley unresponsive, she is curt and blames lack of horrible service on the customer. When we converted our pool to salt water; paying $2,400 we asked for a quick tutorial of the new system, not only didn’t Rick return to show us the new system, but his wife Shelley simply said they were very busy, but not busy enough to collect our $2,400! We decided to break ties with this company when they claimed they did not receive our pool agreement for closure. They have been doing business with us for the last 2 years so when they closed all of our neighbors pools, a courtesy call to us would have been nice before completing skipping over our home. Your money can be better spent with a company that provides exceptional customer service! Even the pool suppliers & stores in Lehigh Valley warn against their business!
