Description--- Chris Marion founded Construction Services Group in July, 2005. Prior to this he invested more than 22 years with a large regional contractor where he was a share holder and served as Vice President of Business Development. While in this capacity he was responsible for construction management, design-build, and contract negotiations for many projects valued into the millions of dollars. Some of these projects have been featured in either newspaper and/or magazine publications such as "Building Profit" and "Geo-Outlook" magazines. Through his own firm he is utilizing his special skills, experience, and knowledge to provide the greatest value available to our clients. Ultimately, our goal is to create high quality buildings, appropriate to their settings while at the same time being extremely functional. We offer a wide range of services from pre-construction design and program development through construction implementation and completion. Personal attention to each job--- Each client receives one-on-one attention through the entire process from at least one of our highly skilled management team members. Client participation--- To ensure our clients' needs are satisfied we constantly invite our clients to participate and provide input during the design process.
