I was the Victim of Busseys while careless employees painted pipes in Bartlesville , OK . I was having treatment done at the Wound care center and the workers decided to paint on a windy cold day . They had started to spray and got paint all over the back of my Truck . I had just gotten it out of the shop after 12 days of repair from a rear end event in Bella Vista Arkansas . The guys who messed up never left contact into , no note , no contact info of any sort and never even said , Hey Lady we got paint on your truck . NOTHING ! It was later that afternoon when I saw the damage coming from the mall . I about lost my mind . I had to go back to Bartlesville Wound center and ask who the people were and they had no idea. Thank goodness for cameras and footage . I have them DEAD TO WRITE . So I called and said what had happened and was told the check is in the mail . YEAH RIGHT,. Well that was Dec they painted my truck and here it is Feb and still nothing has been done. They have no bothered to contact me and I have reached out twice to no avail. So I went to the Hospital to see if they would reach out on my behalf to settle this matter . We are working to get a meeting set up so they can see the video of the screw ups at work . If this is how they conduct business with those who are Victims I can only image how they treat clients . I hope this can be settled quickly and with no further issues..
