Dorris Concrete And Excavating

I hired Dorris Concrete to build a gravel pad for a storage shed with an earthen ramp on the end so I could drive a mower onto a set of ramps. Addison constructed a fairly level pad, but the retaining wall that he designed and installed is both unlevel and was initially unstable. When I complained, the said he threatened to walk off the job. I convinced him to continue and to add rebar anchors to the railroad ties in the wall. After numerous weather delays, he returned to install the earthen ramp. He got his truck stuck in my yard, leaving deep ruts, which he mostly filled in later. He failed to bring enough dirt for the ramps to work, despite having the ramps available the whole time. He put down straw on the earthen ramp, but did not seed. When I requested more dirt and asked when he would seed both the ramp and the bare patches from the ruts, he stopped responding to my texts and did not answer or return my calls.
