AC died on the day our home warranty expired. Still, we submitted a claim & were advised that Advanced HAC would reach out to us within 24-48 business hours. Well, we got the call from them that same day & Jason was dispatched to us the following day. He quickly identified the problem & had our house cooling again within 30 minutes or so. Jason was extremely pleasant & professional & we couldn't be more pleased with the quick & courteous service we received!
