Mazzoni Restoration LLC

My husband and I requested the services of Jerry Mazzoni in the fall of 2016 to put siding on our garage. We got a quote of $7455 and were told that he could have the job done in a few weeks, at latest by Christmas. On December 2 we paid him $3750 for the purchase of supplies and to secure his services. After the holidays, when nothing had been done, we began contacting Mr. Mazzoni. He did not answer our phone calls, and did not respond to voice mail. He did, however, usually reply to our text messages, although not always. It is now June 21, 2017 and our building permit is about to expire. Mr. Mazzoni has made two deliveries of siding when we pressed him to settle our account or to give us a date when his crew would arrive. He has routinely given us dates and reassurances that he will come, but then doesn't show. This week I again asked for our money returned, or for a crew. Today Mr. Mazzoni's excuse for not settling our account is that he cannot find a receipt. Would definitely NOT recommend this contractor.

We first worked with Jerry of Mazzaoni Restoration through a program with the City of Columbus, that repaired our roof, patio, gutters and some structure problems with our porch. We were so pleased with how we were treated and the quality of his work that we had him put in new windows and siding. Jerry was always there to answer any questions and replied to our calls in a timely manner. If there were any issues he resolved them quickly. He treated us respect and consideration, just like family. I would highly recommend Mazzoni Restoration to anyone.

The bandboard and joists had rotted due to incorrect installation when the great room was added 20 years ago [10 years before we got here]. Jerry correctly identified the problem and was able to design and coordinate the steps and individuals to restore the home. He was very responsive to any requests, suggestions or concerns that we had.
