We had a terrible experience with Brian. Several significant mistakes were made on my addition/remodel project. His work quality is poor. We had to fire Brian. After the fact, his own contractors shared other nightmare jobs that Brian did. Learn from my mistake and hire someone else.

I hired Brian per good reviews online but....as far as I am concerned I would never hire him again. He rushed a job he said he would get done but something always came up then he said they would be ready and he worked on them the day he delivered. I got them and had to call him back as the wood is great but he did such a poor job on the carpet , prior staples were left in I cut my finger on one that bleed, then he said to me nothing I do is good enough and I responded well if you had taken your time communicated with me that there were issues with the carpet ( which he told me he had remnants which were stained) so he used what he took off left open corners of wood now mind you this is for a cat...not a dog! Everyone knows cats rub their face on anything to mark their scent. Upon bringing them back my floor was covered with wood chips carpet shreds , strings anything a cat would love to eat...and Obstruct.. so now I have spent $150 I did not have on someone who did not do a good job...PERIOD. NEVER AGAIN for someone in the military he should have better quality work than this. Being disabled and a senior he tried to blame me but he just did not do a quality job , clear packing tape omg really and I had to feel them all for left staples which I did find 5 more and had to pull out. Very poor communication if you cannot do a job right then do not do it. Clear wrapping shipping tape really? OMG I have pictures to show the clear shipping tape and staples and shreds of carpet..Had he called me and said this carpet would not work I would have gotten him something that did. VEry poor communication.
