Worked with James C. on hot water heater installation from Home Depot. It was a warranty replacement. Everything was done per the instructions I was given. James was on time, called ahead to let me know he was on the way, very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. My experience was exceptional, can't say enough about how pleased I was to have worked with James.

They worked with me on a date/timeframe for installation of the hot water tank purchased through Home Depot. The installer, James C., I cannot say enough good things about. He called ahead. He arrived at time he said he would. He did great work, cleaned up, and fixed a piece of trim on the front screen door he did NOT damage. His manner was friendly and professional. Great work, pleased with the customer service received from James! Give him a raise or at least high praise for a job well done. KUDOS!

We bought a dishwasher on May 30, 2021 from Lowe's in Kenosha. It has yet to be installed. The installer who applied for the permit is this plumbing company as contractor for Lowe's. They have blown off the installation appointment twice during the two months since the purchase of the dishwasher. This morning, July 27, 2021 is the second and last time they will have the chance to do the work and be paid for the work.

Poor communication! Scheduled without asking if date works for me. Day before install, called after 5pm asking me to call back. Closes at 5pm, had to call next day but doesnt answer phone. Never knew my deliver/install time window. Waited all day to then finally be called at 1:30pm telling me my window is 1p-4p. Installer showed up after 4pm, no call while on way which I asked for. Installer came smelling of marijuana, he also installed my dishwasher crooked I cant open door it hits counter top, never connected drain hose to pipe so he can a cycle which drained into my cabinet under my sink which then leaked into my basement. Set up to come fix, To call to tell me time window??? Called me at almost 9pm for the next day.
