Unprofessional. Came across as nice people but unless you have a big job and want to spend a lot of money do yourself a favor and do not bother calling this company! FYI: we did some of the job ourselves to save money because I had cancer, had lots of tests, three operations & chemotherapy not once but 2Xs and husband works for govt got furloughed 2Xs at same time; therefore, we wanted to get house ready to sell as cheaply as possible. All we wanted is carpet installed in our living room & possibly in our master bedroom. When we called them back they told me, "get your carpet from Lowes where you got your other flooring...they can install it". I thought they would want the job because they came across as nice people & they had been out at the house to measure. I was wrong in thinking that. I guess they can pick and choose. How they stay open when treating customers so rudely is beyond belief. When we moved here after husband out of military we heard that a lot of companies are like that here in New Bern, NC and heard it was hard to get work done of any kind. A lot of people we have met thru work, neighbors & church have all told us to look outside of New Bern.
