Nice gentlemen but service with warranty company and provider unwilling to work with warranty company to Install and up graded faucet. Same one all ready in the kitchen. Yes I understand our warranty only covers contract grade faucet. But with the selling of our home we needed to keep with today accommodation. He did not want the pay via warranty company. So we ended up having to cash out due to fact he told warranty company he was using his parts. So in long run we got the short end of th stick. It also took 6 weeks for two separate claims to truly be handled and resolved due to lack of response. These issues both cause property damage to my home. He told me it was up to the warranty company if we were willing to pay for the labor of the faucet and we pay for the faucet itself. Warranty company told us they needed to confirm otherwise we had to cash out. He didn't tell us he wouldn't be willing. But he did tell this to the warranty company once they got in touch with him. Instead of telling us our Right. Warranty comp6told 7s as lo.g as we were willing to purchase facet and he cover labor, but somehow that ended up not being the case. Sadly even though he seem be nice guy in phone I will not be recommending him for future service.
