Swindled my wife out of over $3000 on the second job for her by saying he had materials, paid for by her and never came back to home in Henrico to perform work.Also did not clean up the trash from the first job ending in her job having to pay for removal. No response from Steve (lost phone, trailer had flat tire, wouldn’t respond to emails)so we will see him in Hanover Civil court. He moved his address from Toano Virginia and didn’t show up for the first court hearing. The Secretary of Commerce tracked down his info for her after five months. Beaware of paying upfront!!!!
