ASPS is a family run business in general contracting. They did quite a lot of work for me in restoring a neglected house to move-in condition for future sale. Randy Korn and his sons do excellent work with excellent attention to detail. He does not cut corners for the sake of profit. He is very knowledgeable in what looks good and what lasts and will not steer you wrong. He and his workers clean up their work area every day instead of walking off and leaving you in a mess. In my current home, Randy completely remodeled two bathrooms (down to the studs). He replaced an ugly sliding patio door with a beautiful French door. He has an eye for what looks good and has made many great suggestions. I will definitely use them again.

A few years ago we contracted ASPS to design and remodel our basement. The experience we had with Randy Korn and his family run business was not only pleasant but extremely professional. Their costs were reasonable, they met their schedules and they far exceeded our expectations. Since then they have designed and built an addition to our back deck along with many other requested projects. ASPS also handles our lawn mowing in the summer and snow removal in the winter. Five years ago, we were searching on internet for someone to do our lawn mowing/mulching in spring/summer and snow removing in winter. We contacted, "Any Seasons Property Services, LLC" and called the number. Randy Korn is the owner of this family oriented business with two of his sons-Randy jr (Hoss) and Curtis working with him. Randy stopped by our house and explained all the things they do. Ever since, Hoss does our lawn mowing and snow removal and Randy and Curtis do any jobs that we have asked for in our house. To name a few, any plumbing projects, water softener installation ,garage door repairs, installation of ceiling fans & light, any other electrical repairs, weather strips for doors, building storage racks in garage, painting of deck etc. All the work done in our house is of high quality for reasonable charges. The best thing Randy has done in my house is installing, "Drip & Micro sprinkler system". This is perfect for irrigation of vegetable garden, shrubs, flower beds & trees. The plants get water on a timely manner even if we are out of town.
