Neal's Gutter Service

I have called these people at least 6 times to get someone out to give me a quote on a small gutter job. Each time the office last faithful grimaced that someone would be out. No show no word, a lot of waisted time. Very poor.

We contacted this company to do a bath remodel through one of the individuals who works for him. They said they had branched out from just gutter work and we're now doing home improvements. Mr Neal came to our house with the man who we wanted to do our bath remodel. After a ballpark estimate, and an additional trip to our home (which took more than 5 weeks and many unreturned telephone calls) Mike Neal assured me that he would get back to me with an estimate, and that we were on the calendar for mid to late July. Mike Neal will not return telephone calls—and I have made approximately a dozen since he was last here. I have spoken with his receptionist, who assured me that she had given him my message, and have called his cell phone. When he was at our home (for the second time) I asked him to let me know if they were unable to take our job. He apologized profusely for the lack of response, and assured me that they wanted the job. He asked me to purchase the supplies and fixtures that I wanted them to use. Since Mr Neal was last here, he has not been in contact with me to let me know the final estimate, or to confirm that we are on the calendar for July 21—only two weeks from today. I will now have to begin my search for a contractor again—nearly three months after Mike Neal told me that his company wanted the job—and that the carpenter we wanted to employ, would do the work. Mike Neal is totally non-responsive. He promised to contact me, asked me to purchase products, yet will not tell me if I am even on the schedule. I WOULD NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
