Hepler Geothermal, Inc.

Hepler installed a WaterFurnace unit and over several years we experienced a fault code. When we would call for service Hepler would tell us to turn the unit off then back on and the code would clear. After several years we called a different contractor and they discovered that Hepler failed to install the correct number of wells. When we notified Hepler they refused to respond and we had to hire another contractor to install a new WaterFurnace and additional wells at a cost of $30,000.
