Cannot recommend Joe highly enough! He did a home inspection on our home prior to selling, and pointed out the issues that would likely come back on the buyer's inspection. Knowing what issues to hone in on saved us a tremendous amount of time and money, and we sold our home within the first week! We also had Joe inspect a property we were going to buy and he found a number of costly issues that helped us make the tough decision to walk away from a bad deal. We were referred to AA-MSA by our realtor to inspect a home we were planning on buying and because of the findings we backed out of the deal. Let me elaborate some, my first initial call I spoke with Vita and she was so professional and polite. I have spoken to another company prior to AA-MSA and we decided on AA-MSA because the price we a little more reasonable than the other competitor and I did not feel pressured in making my decision. Now Joe, the inspector is just amazing, everything about our inspection from beginning to end was thorough and honest. My husband and myself thought we were in a class because we learned so much through this process.
