After waiting a month for them to come out, I got a price for repairs. I spent the next 2 months trying to get them to return my calls or emails because he was supposed to send me photos of my chimney. Another month fighting with my insurance company to cover the costs and spending several hundred dollars on impossible to find vintage chimney pots... several more weeks to have them scheduled to come out only to NEVER SHOW UP AND NEVER CONTACT ME AGAIN. How hard is it to take 2 seconds to email your clients? A total waste of several months and several hundred $$$ for someone who cant even manage his clients. CANNOT RECOMMEND
