After I had an inspection on my house, the inspection report showed problems with the foundation. After receiving multiple quotes, I chose A1 to do the work. Besides other things, they completely missed replacing an obviously rotten beam and other obvious problems. I then had to pay an additional $3600 to get those addressed. Besides the shoddy workmanship, they made me go through loops to make sure they were paid immediately even though I had given them 50% down. A great crew that did the work professionally and effectively under and around my house. Although the estimated costs were exceeded due to more repairs and replacements than initially determined the work was performed in a timely manner and thus far seems to have improved the structural stability of my home very noticeably. I highly recommend them.
