Hey. I’m Dan. I’m a 30 year old man living in Chicago. I like to think I’m the biggest fitness junkie in the city. Being fit is not a 9-5 job but a complete lifestyle that lasts 24*7; and I’m reasonably proud of my efforts in that direction. I’m a gym rat with a degree in Biochemistry, and a vengeful passion to rid the world of fitness of pseudoscientific fads. I maintain a blog for the purpose, and I hope to have a big gym of my own where i train people in safe and correct ways of getting and staying fit.
