Most of the people that work there probably know me on a first name basis now, due to how many times I've had to call in due to their poor work. Had a brand new system installed less than a year ago. That was a bad experience and was poorly communicated. Since then, they have been to my house at least ****10 times**** to fix things with the brand new "Cadillac" of a system that they installed. I've had thermostats replaced, my heat stop working at twice, AC stop working five times, and they can't seem to find anything wrong. "This never happens" and "this is not something we see" are lines that have been fed to me every time that I talk to anyone about the issues. No compensation has been offered for the troubles, just an offer to come out and take a look, which they do, and the cycle repeats itself. "I didn't find anything." "This isn't something I've seen before." "If it happens again give us a call." I wouldn't even expect this number of issues with a system if it was 15 years old. Being honest, I think they installed a system well above what they are knowledgeable/capable of handling. The technology involved seems to make most of their folks not possible candidates to work on it, or they are far from being confident in it. I need to say they answer the phone, and get appointments scheduled, and usually show up on time, or very close to it. However, not being able to install/maintain a new system is a pretty critical piece after showing up to get more than one star.

They explained to me what was wrong with my AC unit and gave me options on h(2/3) ow they could fix it based on how much I was able to spend. They are very good at returning calls and very punctual when showing up. Their prices are also(3/3) very reasonable. This is the only AC service my family and I will use from now on
