I am a hands-on contractor. As a rule every jobsite is is visited personally on a daily basis. Communication is critical to the successful execution of your plan/ project. In the past few months leaking custom shower pans has been a recurring theme. It seems as though DYI'ers or shoddy post Katrina work is showing itself in the form of "lotsa leaks". (look at projects) "...not the least expensive and certainly not the most but, definitely the most honest..."

John has been working on my post WWII home for the past 6 years performing various repairs. He recently completed a total bathroom renovation, and with all the problems that surfaced during the process, he and his master subcontractors completed the work quickly. Additionally, they completed the demolition and made good progress while I was out of town for two weeks. The results are beautiful and I will enjoy my new bathroom for many years to come. I highly recommend John for your renovation he is a trustworthy and knowledgeable contractor with specialized knowledge of repairs on the older home.

I highly recommend John Robichaux for all renovation projects for homes and condos. I have been knowing John for about 35 years and was so glad that he was available to work on my condo renovation in the Garden District. His attention to detail and finish work is great, and he was not only my carpenter but my contractor as well, which was a big help since I could not be in NO everyday - he was able to handle the minor/major details for me! I feel so fortunate that our paths crossed again for my renovation and highly recommend him for all of your renovation needs!!!!

John has been great to work with. He has worked on a few jobs in my home over the past couple of years. Always reliable and able to provide a competitive quote. Highly recommend!

I recommend JR to any homeowner who needs small repairs, large repairs, small renovations, large renovations. He is a hands on contractor and carefully monitors his workmen to insure everything is done to his high standards. For repairs at my own house, I don't ask John for a detailed estimate because I know his final bill will be fair and reasonable. He is a troubleshooter and solves problems carefully and thoroughly. I NEVER have to ask him to return and redo any of his work.
