I bought a $100 gift Certificate from B&K to give to my daughter as a graduation gift on receiving her Bachelors Degree. She called them In the Spring to have mulch put down in her flower beds. They did not return her call. I notified them of this and they finally called her. She then asked if they washed windows, since she had already put mulch down herself,and was told they didn't have a ladder. She then asked for an estimate for staining her deck, they have not returned her call,. This certificate is expiring soon. As far as I'm concerned I threw away $100. if they aren't interested in doing the work, the money should be refunded?
