This guy Eli Gonzalez, has got to be the worst, most fraudulent, and most incompetent repairman I have ever dealt with! Gave him a cooler unit to repair, he never fixed anything, and performed the shoddiest workmanship I have ever seen!! Do yourself a favor and stay miles away from this jerk! He's a fraud and worthless!!

The owner of ASAP Refrigeration and Appliance, Inc. is incompetent, unreliable. We paid Len Elias $800.00 to fix our Samsung Refrigerator on May 17th, we are still waiting for him to bring the part. He has not called as to why he has not shown up. We have called and left numerous messages. We don't have a refrigerator and we are out $800 . We plan to go to small business court. Please do not use him

Totally unprofessional Business. Fridge problem was mis-diagnosed; ordered unneeded part; committed to destroying deposit check but cashed it immediately and refused to return the balance less the agreed service charge. Filed complaint with BBB.
