I pressure washed this home, applied a guide coat, then applied the customers desired color. Using all Sherwin Williams A-100 to soffit, fascia, accents and body.

This home was in very rough, neglected shape. It was vacant for a year or so before being purchased. The home owner's needed a thorough paint job, of which was provided by BARNA Painting & Pressure Washing. Our services included: pressure washing, repairing of all cracks etc. door repair and rust removal and prevention, Primer sealer base coat. Spraying all soffit & fascia with HOA specified color, spraying and back rolling all vertical surfaces on body of home using Sherwin Williams Super Paint. All accent doors were sprayed using Sherwin Williams Resilience.

This home was subject to a fire that severely damaged its appearance. BARNA Painting & Pressure Washing, was called in to bring this home back to its original form. It was pressure washed to remove as much soot as possible, then treated with a TSP solution and scrubbed by hand to remove even more soot. An oil based primer was applied to the affected areas to lock down any possible contamination or bleed through prior to painting. The home was then repaired, sealed, and painted using Sherwin Williams Super Paint to all soffit, fascia, walls, and doors. I feel the results speak for themselves.

The previous tenants took it upon themselves to use loud, quirky colors making this beautiful home uninhabitable for a typical renter.
