Uncle Lucky’s Handyman Services

Richard with Uncle Lucky agreed to perform handyman services at my rental property. There was a laundry list of items that needed taking care of, but he agreed to do the work and said it would be all no problem. I paid him $75 for material before he started the job. I received a text message from him halfway through the job stating the job was too much work and that he had left. After going back to see what he had done, the house was in much worse shape than what it was in before he worked on it. Walls were damaged worse after he tried to patch them. Drywall all over the floor. He left the place a mess. And to top it off, he took the $75 in material with him. Tried to contact him and he would not respond to messages or answer his phone. Horrible mistake using this guy
