Gut renovation of the existing kitchen. We designed the kitchen to be clean and bright so we chose white shaker cabinets with white quartz countertops and white marble subway tiles. Part of the kitchen that's opposite the island, we changed the design to make it an area to be used as a office. We kept the existing wood flooring that provided contrast with the cabinets. New stainless steel appliances, an undermount sink, stainless steel fixtures and recessed lights were installed.

This 1926 kitchen was gutted down to the studs, a window was removed to allow for more wall cabinets. All the appliances except for the range were relocated for better use of the space. Cherry wood cabinets replaced the existing oak cabinets. New granite countertop along with porcelain wall tiles were installed. The old vinyl floor tile was replaces with laminate flooring system.

A complete gut of the entire home, in the kitchen, we used medium brown wood tones for the cabinets, stainless steel appliances and a warm yellow for the walls, along with granite countertops and glass tile backsplash. In the main bathroom, we stole space from the adjoining bedroom to allow for more room. A new jetted bathtub was added along with a double basin vanity and marble wall/floor tile and vanity top. In the main hallway, we restored the stairs, banister and entry door but added a mosaic tile floor.
