  | Scottsdale Condo | Sep 2013 | The clients had been living with oversized furniture, wall-to-wall carpet and a bathroom, which was never renovated since he bought this condo 10 years ago. He wanted a relaxing retreat and that is what he got. We used soothing colors with a grown up modern clean look. Wall to wall dark wood flooring, oversized white leather headboard, matched with a gray throw and an eternity mirror, which makes the room look bigger. The bold black and gray cushions add a shot of color. The painting on the wall picks up the denim blue off the wall, all of these elements create a modern look in this bedroom. | $45k | Scottsdale, AZ |
  | Scottsdale Condo | Aug 2013 | The bathroom had an over side sunken tub and fixtures, old tiles and dark color, thus making this small bathroom look even smaller. We took out the tub, tiles, bathroom vanity top and the mirror. Installed white marble tiles from the floor all the way to the walls of the shower and a floor to celling thick glass wall.
