Maid Sailors

I used Maid Sailors once for a deep clean and had a really good experience. The cleaner was diligent, on time, and my apartment looked great. Unfortunately, the next time I tried to use Maid Sailors was today and it did not go well. First, the cleaner showed up over half an hour late. When she did show up her young child was along with her. The child ran into my apartment and immediately starting looking around and fiddling with my things. I politely told the cleaner that bringing a child was not acceptable and that the cleaning would not be able to occur. Upon calling the company they apologized and offered to send another cleaner. I gave them a few hours of availability this afternoon and didn't hear back from them for an hour. I eventually contacted support and found out that they couldn't accommodate my times. Looking back do you really trust a place that has employees that would bring a child into your home? How are you supposed to trust them to not break something or, at the very least, focus on cleaning when a kid is in there. This was an enormous waste of time and incredibly unprofessional. I high recommend avoiding this service.

First, they are always prompt to arrive, usually early, etc. Second, not only are they courteous, but they will kindly do anything additional I am concerned about (dusting blinds, wiping out oven, refrigerator.) The clean smell in my house is not a cover up fragrance; it is the smell of the deepest clean in every nook and cranny! Oh my, what a treat this is to give yourself (or your Mom, sister, girlfriend, guy friend, etc! Elderly parents would love this cleaning, because it is "old school" and done to perfection.) I've said this before, but they organize our stuff and the place always looks a million times less cluttered, and kind of like a showplace, even though we don't have that kind of home or possessions! The bathrooms are to die for...you know what I am talking about. WOW. I love this company, and cannot recommend them highly enough.

We just had our first cleaning with Maid Sailors. They took the time to move things and dust and clean!  It is nice to know we have found a company we can trust inside our home, with our animals.  Thank you, Maid Sailors, for such awesome service.  Also, thank you for accommodating our schedule.  Looking forward to booking our next appointment!!
