Contractors are generally a nightmare but not Roth Built! I did not have to do a thing. They took care of everything. My renovation took 6 months as I decided to renovate my townhouse that I got from my grandmother that did not change a thing since the 80's. Paul helped me plan everything. The entire process was seamless and my home looks beautiful!

I have been working with Roth Built for the past 10 years on commercial projects and I decided to give them a go on my Upper West Side penthouse. As always, it was a pleasure working with them. They are on top of their projects, they are very quick to respond. They delivered a high quality product in a timeframe originally promised - THEY DO HTINGS QUICK!

t was a great experience working with them. I own apartments in different states and I was a first time home buyer in NY. I did not know the process at all and Paul helped me immensely. What I love the most about them is that the entire team is very responsive and quick. They address everything right away. Their carpentry is flawless, they truly did an amazing job in my apartment. It was a full gut renovation and I also added a small half bath to my master bedroom. The entire project took less than 5 weeks. Timing was very important to me as I was moving out of state. They delivered on everything, as promised!

They say that in desperate times you know who your friends are. I moved to NY from Washington and the apartment was nothing I expected it to be. I needed to remodel my kitchen and polish-up my bathroom, all that needed to get done ASAP! A friend recommended Roth Built Works and they really delivered on time and stuck to the budget!

The main highlights of the living room were a wall of windows with a breathtaking view of the Empire State Building and 16' tall ceiling.
