I contacted MW Roofing to inspect my roof for areas of improvement and to replace loose and missing shingles. The representative was quite polite and shared a wealth of information during our discussion. Unfortunately, I was promised a return phone call which I did not receive. I waited a few days and contacted the Company once again at the start of the week of September 9, 2019. The same representative from our previous call answered the call, was polite and explained that they are quite busy this time of year but that I would receive a call or follow-up email once she spoke to Chad. Today is Thursday, September 12, 2019, and I have not received a call to follow-up on our conversation or to provide an update to my request. While I suspect the company is reputable and trusted, based on the reviews I have read and the recommendation from a family member, the lack of responsiveness is a concern to me as a future consumer of their services. Based on the lack of responsiveness I experienced, I can only award MW Roofing 1 star. As a result of this short experience, I have chosen to discontinue my request to contract MW Roofing for this or future projects. Note: my feedback reflects my personal experience with the Company's responsiveness. I cannot offer feedback on their workmanship quality, value, and the employees’ punctuality since I have not engaged their services to evaluate those components.

We could not be more pleased with the work done by MW Roofing, LLC. They installed a new Certainteed shingle roof on the house, installed a rubber flat roof over our two car garage, installed new gutters with gutter guards, and added a custom metal roof over a small section of front roof. Mark in sales did a great job explaining options during the bidding process. Chad, the owner, installed the metal roof. He was patient and helpful answering all our questions and worked with us to fix some drainage issues on the flat roof. The bid was competitive, the quality of the work top notch.

From the inspection prior to preparing the estimate through completion of the job, MW's team projected competence while being cordially professional. I wanted to deal with craftsmen who knew their business and honored their commitments. I asked for what was needed; they sent a seasoned roofer to do the evaluation and to prepare the estimate. They have a second seasoned roofer managing the work crews. They have a third seasoned roofer doing the flashing and closing out the job. No need to micro-manage MW: They are self-propelled! Pricing was fair. I know they will stand behind their work because the execution was exactly right. I highly recommend MW for their no-nonsense business model, the reasonableness of their pricing, their following through and following up on the job, and their uncompromising commitment to a quality finished product.

Everything went as promised and beyond! MW Roofing had a better price, great customer service and did an amazing job; efficient, clean and personable.
