We called multiple companies and no one called us back. Within calling KMA, someone answered in less than a minute and had Anthony dispatched to our home in an hour. Anthony was very quick and efficient and took such good care of us. He walked through every detail with us and explained all of the best options. KMA really is amazing and we were so appreciative of Anthony!! Not only did we not have to wait two days but KMA also texted us when someone would be out and they showed up so promptly! We are super impressed and grateful!

I had a pole barn built and hired Green Electric per my contractor recommendation. Almost a year later and Green would not complete the work or return my contact attempts. I hired KMA and they completed the work! I am so happy!

I have had K and M out numerous times. Each time the job was done quickly and well. The electricians are very easy to work with even though I have little knowledge. This last job I was not even around and we had to discuss the project by phone. I appreciate that they will work with me and I do not have to lose a day of work. I highly recommend them.

I called for meter base & 30ft service wire to be replaced. So they done $400.00 labor & material at a cost of $1732.30 30 Then they tell me they gave me the opportunity to get another estimate they did after I called & complained. LYLE DEWITT terrible bad experience the meter base was replaced & 30ft new wire at a cost of $1732.30.way unreasonable for a $400.00 job. DON`T CALL THESE PEOPLE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF. However, we have spoken with you three times about this situation, and we don't feel a negative review is warranted, and it should be removed. We provided our pricing in writing, up front, before any work was started. You mentioned that it was a little higher than you anticipated, but you were in a hurry to have it done and said that you didn't have time to get the other quotes that we encouraged you to obtain. LYLE D had electric meter base replaced by KMA 30 ft entrance cable from AEP to new meter base they used $200.00 material and 3 hrs labor. well that cost me $1732.30. I would not recommend them for any thing. . I think a bid, a contract and an estimate are all a little bit of a gray area...I do not think many business owners know the difference or they change their definition in their heads to justify the extra's they want to charge. _______________________________________________________________________ 1. you did not provide an up front price in writing. 2. nothing was said about getting another quote until after the work was done and I called the office.. and every time I called I got the same answer. 3. I do not understand what an option 3 is, and no one explained to me what it is. but it is on my invoice . I did not choose this so someone must have chosen it for me. 4. the rest is irrelevant to the price quoted. 5. I would like to know how you stay in business, and how do you choose who you are going to rip off next?. . 6. . it is ridiculous to charge $1237.32 for 3 hours labor and approx $200.00 material
