Customer had contacted the utility company because of a gas odor from the boiler. The utility company had advised that the gas valve was leaking, I verified same and replaced the gas valve, and after doing so re tested and no gas was present, problem solved.

Called in as an emergency that the electric to the receptacle had stopped working, and showed signs of burning. Upon inspection it was determined that the contacts became dirty, thus causing resistance and heat. A temp repair was made that night to get the customer going, and the correct parts shipped next day to complete the full repair on a Saturday.

Customer had stated that all of a sudden all of the line in his house were backing up. Went out and looked over the job and decided that it would be best to "jet" the line out, rather than snake as it had been clogged for several days and the amount of waste in the line because of the long run to the road would not clear using a modern sewer snake. After a little over an hour and half, the line was clear and the customer back in business and very happy that I was able to get him going without expensive digging and replacement fee's.

Customer had installed a mini split unit on his own, and since then could not get to work. It was found that it did not have the proper power connection, as well as wiring done properly on the indoor portion of the house. Once I corrected the problems it was working and put out cooling in no time.

To repair code violations on gas fired hot water heater. While working at this home, I had noticed that the gas water heater was not installed properly and notified the customer who had me bring things up to code, as well as install carbon monoxide detectors, as the tenant did not have any.

Replaced customers well pump due to problems with loud noise and vibration causing pipes to rattle throughout the house. After performing several tests to the electric motor, and taking into consideration the age of the pump, that being 15 years.

Customer purchased a new gas dryer and was not comfortable with doing the gas connection. I installed with a new gas supply hose and tested, and placed the unit into operation.

Customer called in with problem of old galvanized piping leaking from second floor into downstairs kitchen. Replaced bad section of pipe with pvc to allow drain to be used, saving them the large expense of re doing the entire drain line.
