Aqua Blue Pools

We purchased a new home in Hidden Hills with a pool built by Aqua Blue in 2019. It began leaking shortly after we moved in. Brian repaired it several times but it kept leaking. I assume he knew all along it needed to be replaced. Sure enough finally in January our contractor ran some tests and the pool needs to be replaced. We have been promised for months they would start reconstruction as soon as the insurance company signs off on it. 5 months later we are still waiting. We don’t live there any longer and have had two contracts fall through because of the pool issues so we haven’t been able to sell the house. Please save yourself time and aggravation as well as you’re money and find another pool company. I will post weekly updates going forward until it’s resolved.
