Bathroom remodeling | Aug 2015 | Completely renovated the clients bathroom. Took out existing carpet, vanities, tub, shower and all fixtures. Replaced with ceramic tile, new vanity with custom corian top, new tub, new toilet and custom tiled shower. This price included installing laminate flooring with matching baseboard in the kitchen and hallway, painting the kitchen, and remodeling a smaller half bath in the house. | $19k | Carleton, MI
Garden gates | Jul 2015 | We installed some gates to an existing garden enclosure to give it a more enclosed feel. I particularly enjoyed the circular gate which really gave the garden a classic english feel. | $2k | Houston, TX
roof leak repair | Jul 2015 | The client had a roof leak in his living room coming from near the chimney. We pulled off all the shingles around the roof and traced the leak. We had to replace about 4 sheets of osb sheathing and re-flash the chimney to fix the leak. | $2k | Monroe, MI
Attic Elevator Lift (versa lift) | Jul 2015 | This was a project to make the attic space over the client's garage more accessible for storage. Rather than climb up and down the rickety pull down ladder with boxes of Christmas decorations, the boxes can be placed on the lift and with the press of a button are carried up to the attic. We also installed a safety railing around the top of the stairs (not pictured) The lift the client chose was around $2000. There are a few options which provide different features and multiple price points. Labor: including moving electricity, adding an outlet, cutting a hole in the ceiling, framing around the lift, patching drywall and installing a safety railing was $800 | $800 | Brownstown, MI
Gazebo | Jun 2014 | Built a standalone gazebo for this customer. It's designed to be upgraded to a three seasons gazebo in the future. | $22k | Monroe, MI
Allegan Lake House | Sep 2008 | Travelled to the west side of the state to build a client's vacation lake house. A lovely 1700 square foot home, the goal was to take advantage of the fantastic view the property offered from it's vantage point 150 feet above the lake. The second floor has a cantilevered balcony that is accessed privately from the master suite. The wraparound deck and screened porch are perfect for enjoying peaceful summer nights on the lake. | Allegan, MI |
