Project was a rewire of two attic fans. The company was responsive, and the technician was professional, courteous, and efficient. The price was fair. This is the third time we have used Gault Electric, and we will continue to do so.

I purchased a new hood vent for my range and contracted Gault to install it. I told Rhonda I wanted it to pull the smoke/steam out of the house. She said it would take about 2 hours. The employee came and my family member let him in because I was at work. They were there after half an hour and was finished. BUT.......they did not install the ductwork to have the smoke go outside. They, essentially unplugged my old hood and plugged in the new one. Then, they got snippy when I called. They wanted to charge me another install because Rhonda claimed she didn't realize what I wanted. PLAIN ENGLISH WAS USED! I want the smoke to go outside! I have been scammed out of more before, so I guess I know now who not to go with.
