Maintenance Renewal

Jerry did a couple of jobs for me and I am satisfied with his workmanship, punctuality and his ability to be friendly with you by the time the project is over. Jerry understand the relationship with his clients. Hire him and you will not regret it. The two projects he completed for me were done in FY 2015.

Jerry cam out to my home to install weather striping front door. His first visit he screwed screws along the side of the striping instead of where the manufactory designed the screws to go. within one weeks screws started popping out. I called Jerry and he was within a couple of days. He used longer screws in the striping but left 1/8 to 1/4 of an inch of each screw sticking out not flat with the surface. I asked why and was told he had done the best he could do. The first time I unlock the storm door to go outside I skinned my knuckles on a screw head. I texted Jerry but have heard nothing from him. I take price in my home. The job is unsightly and dangerous. My granddaughters have long hair and I can just see him getting it caught on those screws. Words cannot express my unhappiness over this job. I will never ever trust this man on my property again. will post pictures.

Jerry was great in installing my dishwasher. He even picked up the part that was going to be needed for the install. He was very thorough and very pleasant and informative. He even looked around other projects and gave me advice on them. I will definitely hire him again.

He came on time and worked hard to install my dryer under difficult circumstances. I was very pleased with the results.
