This company is by far the best on the Peninsula. He has serviced two of our homes and has a good reputation among his clientele. I read the review on here about the "employee" of the company and his rude behavior and want to set a few things straight with facts. 1) The man you assumed to be the "employee" is actually the owner. 2) He was working at our home and the hour was NOT 8:00pm as you state, it was actually not quite 7:00 and completely light outside. 3) The only rude person out of line was the asshole neighbor who decided to first ride by and stop his convertible Mercedes, blare the horn and continue to make a scene shouting as the owner was trying to FINISH the yard work. Not satisfied with the company owner not stopping and leaving the job incomplete because this jerk decides "his" neighborhood required silence, he comes back yet again on a bike and again yells at the owner who, quite frankly, had every right to tell the asshole to "go fu%k himself". 3) Had I known the exchange that was taking place, I would have come out and told you the same thing only I would not have delivered it as nicely. 4) If you have a problem, come to my door, you know where my family lives. 5) You threatened the business owner trying to do his JOB numerous times with the threat of calling the police for him using a lawnmower and weed eater at 7pm on a Saturday evening. Make sure before you make a threat that you know the law. For your future reference go the actual Newport News Code of Ordinances: § 28-36, the Loud noises prohibited section. Read where it does not go into effect until 10:00 P.M. 6) Our family supports small businesses and are deeply sorry for the behavior of this ass neighbor to the business owner hired to do our yard work. Mr. Betz was trying to finish his work after a long day of many other clients and had come out to make sure the job was completed himself. He was well within normal hours and this "neighbor", who I would love to have encountered myself, was being control freak showing his ass for everyone to see. Thank you Mr. Betz for your hard work and we will continue to support your business.

Your employee was making a lot of noise in the Riverside neighborhood. My neighbor politely asked him to quiet things down at 8pm. Employees response - "Go Fu;k yourself." Real nice.
