Good Morning Janet, Yes we did quote your boyfriend $350 for the 1st 1000gal then 35 cents per gal afterwards but removing the bushes is not part of a septic pump out service. we couldn't access the lid without removing the brush and digging up the lid , we completed this service for you and it requires payment . All additional services result in additional fees which is usually a additional price. We are not responsible for yard clean up and landscaping needs, we did this so we can complete this service for you. We are sorry your boyfriend has miscommunicated to you but he made the appointment as a Septic Pump Out and said nothing about your toliet. We were out there during the rain and wanted to help you out and complete this service. We did not leave waste in your yard. Our pump truck had to drive in your yard during the rain to be pumped out. We understand your frustration as you were the one to pay but if you were not there please do not give out misinformation, thank you. please call our office if you'd like to discuss further.
