Tall wall cabinets that blocked off the space were removed in this kitchen remodel. With the tall ceilings in this home, a 9' tall microwave oven tower was built along with wall cabinets topped with a glass display area. The cabinets are packed with special storage features, including roll out shelves, lazy susan, and two-tiered utensil drawers.

In this mid-century kitchen, a bump-out was built to increase the floor space in the breakfast area. The original window and exterior door were replaced with a sliding door, providing more light and better access to the outside deck. The laundry and pantry closets were deepened and unused space at the top of both closets was captured for added storage.

This recent bathroom remodel features a sophisticated design with modern comforts. We began by pushing back a wall into the unused storage room to make the bathroom bigger and to accommodate a new closet for the master bedroom. We then replaced the acrylic shower with tile and new fixtures, installed new cabinets and updated the amenities. The result is a stylish, functional space.

- Opened up kitchen into dining room and front foyer/hallway by removing walls and a useless pantry - Replaced flooring in kitchen, living room and dining room with prefinished hardwood - White appliances to blend in with new white cabinets. - Added additional storage space with a pantry and island - Island contains wine rack, bookcase, and open seating area in the middle - Doorway into dining room included two decorative elements in the form of columns - Area under desk for dog food and water bowl. - Custom tiled back splash to accent with the new granite countertops - LED recessed lights, LED under cabinet lights, brushed nickel pendants with frosted glass shades, and a matching chandelier in the formal dining room were added for extra light - A strip of outlets was placed on the side of the island in a blending color for electricity - Decorative paneling in the dining room was removed to give the room a more modern feel - A fresh coat of a cool gray paint on the walls and crisp white trim paint in the kitchen, dining room, and hallway blended all of rooms together
