Ground Fx Landscape Management

Hired them to trim fruit trees January 2017. They quoted us $25 a tree two years earlier. We had 9 apple trees. They did not finish trimming the trees, left piles on branches and a pile of bark chips on our lawn and never came back. They trees are lopsided and at risk of blowing over because they were so poorly trimmed. They billed my elderly parents $1600 for the job, which they paid and still they have not come back to complete the job! I am outraged at how they took advantage of my elderly parents. Dad is 84 with late stage Alzheimer's! Had I been home at the time they would not have been paid. I finally complained enough the boss came out and looked and wanted to trim then then but they were already budding out, it was too late. Now we are still waiting to see if they come finish the job but they still need to refund at least $1000.
